Yes. A complimentary meet & greet is included before your first booking. This allows us to meet you and your pets, discuss routines, collect important information and ensure everyone is comfortable before care begins.

How do I pay and what is your cancellation policy?

Payment can be made securely through our client portal using debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or by bank transfer (BACS). Full payment is required before the start of all booked services.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the first scheduled visit will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the first scheduled visit are non-refundable, as the booking slot has been reserved and may be difficult to fill at short notice.

If you return home early, any unused visits are non-refundable..

If your return home is delayed due to travel disruption or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to continue caring for your pet, subject to availability. Any additional visits will be charged at our standard rates.

We are happy to retain keys securely for future bookings at no additional charge. If you would like keys collected or returned outside of a scheduled visit, a small travel charge may apply.

If your return home is delayed, having keys available allows us to continue caring for your pets until you are safely back home.

We currently serve Glasgow, Bearsden, Milngavie, Drymen, Killearn, Loch Lomond and surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we cover your location, please get in touch with your postcode.
